Mars is an e-marketer from e-commerce industry.

He has rich experience in the e-commerce industry of both China and the US. In China, he was responsible for both Marketing and Web Management functions of Newegg.com.cn. Later, he transferred to Los Angeles and started to work in the Corporate Strategy Office of Newegg.com, the second biggest internet-only retailer in the US. By working as a Strategy Planner and Data-Driven Marketing Leader, he developed his own set of philosophy and tactics for “data-driven e-business” and started to share his thinking on his blog www.MarsOpinion.com.

A few months ago, he left Newegg Corporation and came back to China. Recently he is working as a Strategy Adviser for several consulting firms, internet advertisement agencies and e-commerce companies. Outside work, he is also teaching internet retail and internet marketing as a guest professor in colleges and business schools.
