		<description><![CDATA[&#160; 很多同学们上网买东西都犹犹豫豫的，把东西放进购物车，想想，再想想，看看，再看看，然后想说“算了”或者“改天再说”，可能这一单就永远不下了。 B2C电子商务网站看到煮熟的鸭子飞了，自然会很伤心，于是会想说有没有可能再做点什么挽救一下这些被放弃的订单（Abandoned Shopping Cart）。 　　 Eddie Bauer就用Email来做这件事情，每次有客户把产品放到购物车里，他就默默记下来，5天后，他看到客户没有下单，就发封信过去，写到“亲爱的顾客，您5天前把《www.MarsOpinoin.com胡扯全集》放入了购物车，但是您一直没有下单。我们的购物车信息将仅仅保留7天，如果您确定购买，请您抓紧时间下单；如果您在购物过程中遇到任何问题，请联系客服”。这种有针对性的商业邮件，取得的效果是： Open rate提高2.5倍 CR rate提高3.3倍 Conversion rate提高3.2倍 Revenue per email提高3.8倍 　　 发邮件来挽救订单，有什么要点呢？根据Shopping Cart Recovery Tested，有三点： 发比不发好：测试网站通过在客户放弃订单4-7天后发3封提醒邮件，挽救了4000个订单 早发比晚发好：如果更早发（第一封，在客户放弃订单一个小时后就发——这时客户很可能还在网上，第二封，在24小时后就发），转化率还能再提高100% ~ 200% 有折扣比没折扣好：加了折扣信息后，转化率再提高了263%。 　　 However，这些数据是有问题的：很多客户仅仅是打算“等一会儿再下单”，发送Email去催只是把那些revenue提前了，而没有创造或者“挽救”revenue。可是这部分销量还是都算到了email账上。 另一个问题就是，如果以这样简单的规则给客户提供折扣，慢慢客户就会利用规则来省钱——想买什么东西就把这个东东往购物车里放，反正你过会儿会发coupon code来，我等会儿再买。这样一方面损害了毛利，另一方面在数据上更加严重地扭曲了Email Campaign对revenue的贡献。<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" border="0" width="100%" style="clear: both;">

		<description><![CDATA[上面是www.newegg.com的Newsletter退订页面。 很简单，你输入自己的Email地址，选择Unsubscribe，点击Submit，搞定。 可是，为什么要这么简单呢？ 辛辛苦苦抓来的新客户，苦口婆心劝他订阅我们的电子邮件。 他走的时候，就这么简单让他走？ 　　 首先我们是不是要想想说，为什么用户会点击电子邮件里面的“Unsubscribe”按钮呢？这里有一张Jupiter Research的图： 里面只有三个数据我们需要知道： 1. 53%的用户表明他们会在电子邮件内容不能使他们产生兴趣时退订； 2. 43%的用户表明他们会在商家过于频繁发送电子邮件时退订； 3. 36%的用户表明他们会在自己收到太多电子邮件时退订。 从这些数据中我们可以看出，用户执行“退订”这个操作，并不一定表达着“我讨厌这个电子邮件，我不想再看到它”，他很有可能表达着“你发的东西我不感兴趣，换点别的，换点有趣的”，“你发送太多封邮件给我了，少发一点”，或者“我的邮箱要爆了，给我少发点”。 　　 客户的需求多种多样，可是我们只给了“退订”一个选择，他只能选了——我们逼我们的客户选择那个对我们最不利的选项——因为我们只给了这个选项。 　　 所以，最简单的方式就是把“退订”设置成多个选项之一，例如让用户点击“退订”后看到这些选择： A 我希望每个月给我的邮件不要超过三封 B 我只希望收到节日重大促销的邮件 C 我希望只收到针对我购物兴趣的邮件 D 我希望不要再收到任何促销邮件 E 我希望告诉你们______________ 　　 简单的“退订”变成了5个选项中的一项。 就算其他的每个选项仅仅分流5%的流量，我们也再挽回了20%的用户。想想当初争取他们时的辛苦，便会觉得还是值得的：） 　　 附注：如果系统足够智能，便可以针对用户不同的选择发送相应的邮件。如果不够智能呢，也可以因陋就简——把选择不同选项的退订用户放入不同的附加邮件组，每个月随机选择3次把A组放入发送邮件组，节日促销时把B放入发送邮件组……而C呢，如果技术没到的话，不妨等同于A组待遇: P<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

<p>很简单，你输入自己的Email地址，选择Unsubscribe，点击Submit，搞定。</p>
<p>可是，为什么要这么简单呢？</p>
<p>辛辛苦苦抓来的新客户，苦口婆心劝他订阅我们的电子邮件。</p>
<p>他走的时候，就这么简单让他走？</p>

<p>首先我们是不是要想想说，为什么用户会点击电子邮件里面的“Unsubscribe”按钮呢？这里有一张Jupiter Research的图：</p>

<p>里面只有三个数据我们需要知道：</p>
<p>1. 53%的用户表明他们会在电子邮件内容不能使他们产生兴趣时退订；</p>
<p>2. 43%的用户表明他们会在商家过于频繁发送电子邮件时退订；</p>
<p>3. 36%的用户表明他们会在自己收到太多电子邮件时退订。</p>
<p>从这些数据中我们可以看出，用户执行“退订”这个操作，并不一定表达着“我讨厌这个电子邮件，我不想再看到它”，他很有可能表达着“你发的东西我不感兴趣，换点别的，换点有趣的”，“你发送太多封邮件给我了，少发一点”，或者“我的邮箱要爆了，给我少发点”。</p>

<p>客户的需求多种多样，可是我们只给了“退订”一个选择，他只能选了——我们逼我们的客户选择那个对我们最不利的选项——因为我们只给了这个选项。</p>

<p>所以，最简单的方式就是把“退订”设置成多个选项之一，例如让用户点击“退订”后看到这些选择：</p>
<p>A 我希望每个月给我的邮件不要超过三封</p>
<p>B 我只希望收到节日重大促销的邮件</p>
<p>C 我希望只收到针对我购物兴趣的邮件</p>
<p>D 我希望不要再收到任何促销邮件</p>
<p>E 我希望告诉你们______________</p>

<p>简单的“退订”变成了5个选项中的一项。</p>
<p>就算其他的每个选项仅仅分流5%的流量，我们也再挽回了20%的用户。想想当初争取他们时的辛苦，便会觉得还是值得的：）</p>

<p>附注：如果系统足够智能，便可以针对用户不同的选择发送相应的邮件。如果不够智能呢，也可以因陋就简——把选择不同选项的退订用户放入不同的附加邮件组，每个月随机选择3次把A组放入发送邮件组，节日促销时把B放入发送邮件组……而C呢，如果技术没到的话，不妨等同于A组待遇: P</p>
